My room was upgraded to Kanalblick Suite. It included a sauna. Luggage storage during the day was very convenient for me.
The shower head spurted water everywhere. The whirlpool bath worked only on the first use. I mentioned both issues at check-out.

the hotel's location was convenient. the staff were helpful and very friendly. the junior suite was super clean. the hotel is near san marco avenue, also near public transport.
there was no milk in the room. this oversight inconvenienced tea and coffee preparation.
